This innovative training model supports two key leadership development pipelines: (1) professional growth for staff and faculty, and (2) emerging leadership among key students. Two concurrent workshops are delivered in the same location, providing aligned, cost-effective training for both groups.

REFUND: This program can operate with 4 districts enrolled and up to 6 total. If the minimum is not met before the start date, the program may be cancelled and you will receive a 100% refund.
The Institute runs June 17–18 at Pateros School District, where each district sends a cohort of 2 adults and 3 students. The experience is hands-on and divided into two concurrent tracks:
Adults (Superintendent/Principal; Lead Educator, etc.) engage in DISC communication training, relational intelligence, and workplace culture work
Students (A, B, C level) participate in interactive, team-based leadership challenges
This two-day format builds a shared leadership language and strengthens your internal capacity—so both students and staff return more aligned, empowered, and ready to lead.
Each adult receives:
26-page personalized DISC report
Leadership toolkits and access to 3 years of online asynchronous summary courses
Live coaching follow-up via Zoom (up to 3 sessions per person, 30 minutes each)
The cost $2,880 per team includes training, materials, lunch, and all tools. A $225 deposit secures your team once registration opens.
If demand exceeds capacity, we’re prepared to host a second session June 19-20, or 24–25.
